Property Settlement Property Valuation
Independent property valuations for legal settlement of property matters in NSW. Our certified valuers provide independent assessments accepted by courts, the ATO, and all major lenders.
"Every property settlement valuation we prepare is personally inspected by a Certified Practising Valuer. We provide independent, unbiased assessments that you can rely on for your legal, financial, or tax matter."
— Malcolm Craig CPV, Director
When property is divided as part of a legal settlement — whether through litigation, a business partnership dissolution, or other legal proceedings — an independent, certified property valuation is essential to establish an accurate and defensible market value.
Our settlement valuations are prepared by Certified Practising Valuers (CPVs) who are members of the Australian Property Institute. We provide clear, unbiased assessments that courts, solicitors, and all parties can rely on. Our reports comply with all Australian Valuation Standards and are formatted for direct use in legal proceedings.
A property settlement valuation differs from a standard bank valuation in that it must withstand scrutiny from both parties' legal representatives. Our valuers are experienced in preparing and, where necessary, defending their assessments in court or through alternative dispute resolution processes.
What we assess: All residential property types including houses, units, townhouses, villas, and vacant land throughout metropolitan Sydney.
Report contents: Our settlement valuation reports include a full market analysis, comparable sales evidence, a clear statement of value as at the assessment date, and the valuer's professional opinion and certification.
Instructing us: We can accept instructions from solicitors, barristers, or directly from property owners. Where a property is jointly owned by parties in dispute, we can be jointly instructed by both parties' solicitors.
