Our Story
Founded in 2010, Sydney Valuation was established to fill a gap in the Sydney market: a boutique valuation practice that delivers the thoroughness and personal attention of a specialist firm, combined with the efficiency and competitive pricing of a modern operation.
Our principal valuer, Malcolm Craig, CPV, identified that many clients — particularly those dealing with family law matters, deceased estates, or tax-related valuations — were being served by large corporate firms where their matter was handled by junior staff with limited experience. Our practice was built on the principle that every valuation, regardless of its complexity or value, deserves the direct attention of a qualified Certified Practising Valuer.
Today, our team serves individuals, legal practitioners, accountants, financial institutions, and government agencies across every suburb of Greater Sydney. We have completed thousands of valuations for purposes ranging from routine mortgage security assessments to complex expert witness testimony in the Supreme Court of NSW.
